County of Santa Cruz

The County Arts Commission meeting scheduled for Monday, November 6 at 3:00 pm is CANCELLED.


The County Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, November 8 at 9:30 am in a hybrid meeting at the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Room 525, County Government Center, 701 Ocean Street in Santa Cruz. Click HERE for the agenda and instructions for public participation. Agenda items include:

  • 266 Cliff Court, AptosPublic hearing to consider findings and conditions of approval associated with Application 211316, a proposal to construct an approximately 110-linear foot pin pier retaining wall along the bluff top at 266 Cliff Court in Aptos. Conditions of approval shall include a requirement to submit a Maintenance and Monitoring Plan and Construction Staging Plan prior to Building Permit issuance. Property located on the south side of Cliff Court, approximately 150 feet south of the intersection of Cliff Court and Rio Del Mar Boulevard in Aptos.

  • 7.F. Amendments to Title 2: Administration and Personnel – Introduce, by title only, waiving further reading of the text, an ordinance of the City of Capitola amending Chapters 2.04 and 2.08 of the Capitola Municipal Code.
