  • Consider ordinance repealing Chapter 4.12 of the Santa Cruz County Code and amending Chapters 1.05, 2.16, 2.46, 2.22, 2.84, 4.16, 4.27, 4.28, 4.36, 4.40, 4.50, 4.60, 5.40, 5.41, 5.48, and 5.62 of the Santa Cruz County Code to correct typographical errors, address organizational issues, align the code with changes to State law delete unnecessary material, and make additional miscellaneous changes, as outlined in the memorandum of County Counsel
