- No Situs Address – General Plan consistency determination of potential disposition of surplus County owned property located at 105 Esplanade Avenue (APN: 042-151-31). Per California Government Code Sec 65402(a), the planning agency must render a report as to conformity with the adopted General Plan before surplus County property may be disposed.
