- 7337 Glen Haven Road, Soquel – Proposal to construct a 2,392 square foot structure – comprised of a 1,196 square foot agricultural storage building at the lower floor and a 1,196 square foot ADU at the second floor – and recognize two retaining walls built along driveway (220 feet and 230 feet long, respectively), on site with an existing SFD. Requires an Agricultural Buffer Determination to reduce the required buffer from 200 feet to 20 feet. Property located on the west side of Glen Haven Road (7337 Glen Haven Road), opposite the intersection with Ginger Lane.

Requires a Site Development Permit for reconstruction of a nonconforming structure; a Variance to increase the height of a portion of the structure within the nonconforming side and rear yard setbacks from 20 feet 6 inches to 21 feet 9.5 inches; a Variance to increase the existing nonconforming Floor Area Ratio (FAR) from 67% to 68%; a Notice of Coastal Exclusion and a determination that the project is exempt from further review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Property is located on the east side of 12th Avenue (250 12th Avenue), approximately 90 feet south of the intersection of Prospect Street and 12th Avenue, in the R-1-3.5 zone district, Live Oak General Plan Area.
- 2320 Newell Drive, Aptos – Proposal to add approximately 479 square feet of additional conditioned space in the basement of an approved single-family dwelling which is currently under construction, resulting in a 5,139 square foot dwelling. Project requires a Large Dwelling Review and a determination that the project is exempt from further review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Property is located on the east side of Newell Drive, approximately 2.7 miles north of the intersection of Cathedral Drive and Trout Gulch Rd (2320 Newell Drive).
